Terms of Service

These terms apply when you download, buy, or use WPFormrio. By using the plugin or buying a license, you agree to them.

Software license

WPFormrio and its Pro addons are released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. You may use, modify, and share the code under that license.

Pro license keys

A Pro license key gives access to updates and priority support for the number of sites in your plan. Each live WordPress install where you activate the key counts as one site. Local and staging copies don’t count.

Payments and renewals

Annual licenses renew automatically each year unless you cancel before the renewal date. Lifetime licenses are a single payment. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change for new purchases.

Refunds

Pro purchases are covered by our refund policy.

Updates and support

We aim to keep WPFormrio compatible with current versions of WordPress and WPForms. Support covers installing and using WPFormrio; it doesn’t cover custom code or third-party plugins.

Limits of liability

WPFormrio is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as lost data or lost revenue, arising from use of the plugin. Always keep backups of your site.

Relationship to WPForms

WPFormrio is an independent plugin and is not affiliated with or endorsed by WPForms.
