Every WPFormrio Pro plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Pro isn’t right for you, we’ll refund your payment in full.

Who qualifies

Any new Pro purchase, annual or lifetime, qualifies if you ask within 30 days of the purchase date. Automatic annual renewals can be refunded within 30 days of the renewal date.

How to request a refund

1. Use the contact form and choose “License or billing”.
2. Include your order number if you have it. You don’t need to give a reason, though we’re grateful if you do.

How long it takes

We process refunds within 30 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the money in your account.

After a refund

Your Pro license key is deactivated, and Pro addons stop receiving updates. The free addons keep working as before.
